Life Time Care Ltd
Caregiver

Introduction

Life Time Care was founded by Tina Blyth and Ken O’Sullivan with the sole intention of bringing a completely new aspect of care into the community. Tina Blyth, with her 20-year experience working in both pharmacy and home care support and excellent management skills, set in place the foundation for the incorporation of Life Time Care Ltd. Entrepreneur Ken O Sullivan was very impressed with Tina’s resume and her management background in pharmacy and home care. Ken’s accountant Maurice Clifford from Clifford Desmond Associates in Dublin drew up a business plan which was presented to the HSE. Our slogan (Carers That Care) was our USP to HSE.

We wanted to bring a new breath of fresh air to the industry and deploy a highly qualified and professional service in the community. HSE issued our service level agreement in 2013. The ethos for the agency has always been one of “if our Carers are happy with the way they are being treated our clients will be very happy with the service”.

Life Time Care Ltd deployed its first care service out in the Aran Islands in 2013. To date, it now has a very established carer base, some of which have been with the company since the start. Life Time Care has two services, one covering Galway County and one covering Mayo County and with the service under the management of our Director of Care, Tina Blyth, and CEO Ken O’Sullivan running the business, we look forward to a long and professional relationship with the HSE as per service level agreement.

Our aspiration is to deliver quality services with courtesy and sensitivity, fostering a climate of mutual respect between the provider and the service user. This provision of care will be reflexive with ongoing evaluation and reviews. Inherent in this process is a commitment to a caring, goal directed service to individuals and families based on a sound body of knowledge and research.

Life Time Care’s head office is based in Oranmore County Galway, in Oranpoint Business Park, where people enquiring about care services are always welcome to call.
